Both laminate ranges feature a water resistant wear surface and an advanced locking system which fully seals the joints. Properly installed in accordance with the Armstrong Flooring Installation Instructions for wet areas, the floor surface is entirely watertight, preventing any migration of moisture through the locking system. In addition Queenstown™ 1.2 boasts a swell rate of under 10% providing resistance to core damage due to moisture for an extended period (up to 3 days). Queenstown™ 1.5 offers a swell rate of less than 5% providing even further resistance to core damage due to moisture for even longer periods.
Queenstown™ 1.2 planks measure 1215mm x 195mm and feature an AC3 rated wear layer, while Queenstown™ 1.5 planks are slightly larger at 1515mm x 195mm and boast an AC4 rated wear layer for greater durability.
