Family-centred care is at the heart of the Royal Children’s Hospital to provide comfort during difficult times. The overall interior design is underpinned by the therapeutic benefits of nature in the healing process creating an engaging, joyful, uplifting and restorative environment for children, family and staff. Armstrong Flooring’s range of sheet vinyl flooring products including customised flooring solutions, were selected to meet both the design and fit for application criteria, and were installed throughout patient rooms, waiting areas, corridors, and operating theatres at the state-of-the-art facility.
